Why is my boyfriend in loser mode and what will make him stop?

I found out that he has been going through my web history and he commented on my last question here on YA. He is truely starting to bug me and I think he is bored going through a midlife crisis or something. It doesnt help that he doesnt have a job at the moment. What is his problem? Is he depressed? I think he is but for christs sake thats no reason to keep on acting like a baby.

Have you talked to him about him going through your web history? That would really bother me if my boyfriend did that....not that I have anything to hide, but it would make me think that he doesn't trust me.

Invading privacy.... and he don't have a job but got the nerve to be all up in your business???? Put him on standby mode for a minute until he reaches "ACT RIGHT MODE". You know, misery loves company... and he's looking for a reason to start an argument - going through your personal things... thats got me burnt up! You need to tell him to stop checking your web history and check the clasiffieds for a J.O.B...

I'm having a similar problem with my boyfriend. He is depressed for about 2 years now. He has no goals set and is on disability so he doesn't work. I think his depression is starting to rub off on me so I planned a 2 week vacation to get away from him for awhile. When I get back home, I'm going to have a talk with him about getting a life. At least he can get a hobby and quit being so negative about everything. Right now I'm reading books about positive thinking to cope. I wish you good luck!...)(

Got enough love or faith in him to hang in there, or how about just to be honest with him? That will tell you a lot. Because if neither one appeals to you, you got to ask yourself why you are still hanging around. If you do think making the effort is worthwhile, then figure out how to help him. Sometimes people need to be pointed in the right direction, hence yahoo answers. Good luck!

Yea, unfortunatly he does not trust you. Pretty crappy huh. I have dated people that were like that. Checking my mail, my phone messages. If i was on the phone "who are you talking too" SO freaking annoying. I totally relate to you.

Now. Have you tried talking to him? Asking what the problem is or telling him you don't appreciate when he does these things?

Well i think no one should tell you to break up but i can tell you it wont get any better. Its going to get worse!

i think you have just answed your own question, baby? maybe your are giving him too much attention, remember guys like to do the chasing. he is trying to get your attention other ways by trying to annoy you, pathetic i know but remember boys don't have a long attention Span. so give him a little challenge make him chase you. he might even get of his *** and get a job because he may think you are looking elsewhere
