If it is to protect privacy, why don't I spray paint mine as I drive around to protect my privacy? Why does some annonymous Joe on TV get his privacy protected but I have to hang mine out there so to speak?

If someone is stalking you, do not flow living house or to artwork, because then they'll understand the position you stay/artwork. when you're on a abandoned or low-populated highway, do not pull off to get the registration code numbers, because they could not bypass through and really damage you, and no individual will be round to help. i'd pull right into a police station, which could scare the stalker off. yet another selection will be to pull over on a hectic highway and reproduction down the registration code wide type and/or take a image of it.

Protect privacy, they have to do it. Just like how they have to ask permission to show people's faces on tv.
