my skin in very painful and sensitive...?

when touched only on my right thigh and on top of my butt on right side?...it feels like sunburn although i don't have it...and there is nothing there...no rash or anything..,..also that leg feels sore when i walk sometimes...(muscles)...havn't taken or used anything different ..for an allergic reaction....someone help me!

Did you wear anything tight today or yesterday. It's hard to say.Sounds like you have just pulled something. I wouldn't worry about it
