If you have unprotected sex on the day you are ovulating or about to start ovulating, is there a good chance of getting pregnant? Aunt Flow came on Aug. 10-15. I had unprotected sex on Aug. 23. I have a regular cycle. I know its too early to take a test so, I'm trying to be patient, but I'm really nervous.

Depending on how many days are in your cycle determines what day you ovulate. usually women ovulate on the 14th day ofter the first day of their period. That would have been th 23rd for you. I hope you want to get pregnant because unless there is something wrong with you or the guy you had sex with there is a good possibility that you are pregnant. now as far as when is it time to take a pregnancy test. it takes 6 to 10 days for implantation to occur after fertilization. The body doesn't begin to produce HCG until implantation occurs. Now lets just say that you didn't ovulate until the 25th. There is still a chance that you could be pregnant as sperm can live inside a woman for 1 to 3 days. So 10 days after the 25ht would be the best time to take a test. That would be the 3rd. Good LUCK.

when u have sex righttttttttt on the day u are ovulating, u can get pregnant but the chance is now as high as having it 1 or 2 days before ovulating. Is not that easy for one to get pregnant as everyone makes it seems not that I'm telling u to have unprotected sex. chances of getting pregnant 3 months of unprotected sex is 25% 6 months is about 75% and in a yeah of having unprotected sex, then u can easily get pregnant.

The sperms do travel down the fallopian tube (that's how some people end up having "tubular pregnancies"!!) and that does take some time - so there is a fair enough chance of getting pregnant the day you are ovulating. No need to be "nervous" - doesn't help anyone in anyway - right? Just stay calm and cool for one month - and if your aunt doesn't come next month, then you can check it out - Ok?

It's genuine that some thing can occur, but I've learn so much about sperm that in the event you have been to simply have intercourse the day of ovulation, that it obviously could be a boy (that or you had sex loads previous to ovulation.) um, when you are ovulating is EXACTLY when you can get pregnant. ovulating is when your egg is released...sperm does not have anything to fertilize if there is no egg. so basically, you can't get pregnant unless you are ovulating! you were very very fertile when his spermies were swimming around in you. and seems to me that you missed your time period to take the morning after pill (72 hours). so cross your fingers (i am not sure if you want to be pregnant or not), and take the test in a couple weeks.

That is the absolute best time to get pregnant. Wait until your supposes to have your period then take a First Response preg test. Good luck!

yes thats the day chances of getting pregnant the highest! n according to ur dates, you were right on day 14!..the days after ur period ends until day 16-18 are the most dangerous days to get pregnant..
