It looks like the keyboard language got swicthed around, I'd suggest going to "Regoinal and Languages" and "Keyboard" to check for troublshoot, or driver problems under Control Panel and making sure it's the right language settings and or driver. I'm not too sure if you are using some type of brand named keyboard that might be wireless, or a special type that has a 3rth party program to configure it aside from using Control panel.

Either restart your computer with a other more simpler keyboard, or use the safe mode to use the 'needed' given functions of the current keyboard.

A description of the make and model of your keys would help drastically.

-Edit-
Logtech has a nasty habit of making you install a program to use it, like some said before, Add/remove the Logtech program, restart and tinker with the basic functions.

My computer is a piece of crap too. If it's a new keyboard, you might have to do like I do and turn the computer on without the keyboard plugged in. Then when you get to the prompt screen plug it back in. Not very convenient but it works for me! Sometimes a keyboard will come with a driver disk. Try running that. If that doesn't work (like mine doesn't) then make sure the driver is installed properly. You might have just gotten screwed on a bad keyboard (I don't know if you just bought it or not). Don't make the mistake I made. I thought it was a problem with my computer. By the time I figured it out my receipt was outdated and I got stuck with this piece of crap.

I don't know what Operating system you are using, but in the control panel there should be something for the keyboard options there. also check to see if you have any programs for an internet keyboard installed. You may have some hot keys activated

Check your Keyboard properties by clicking on Start, then on Control Panel. Here you can se your keyboard settings and it could be something called hotkeys, or simply the settings. Just play around in the menus till you bump into a setting that lets you change the keyboard keys. Nice pic :)

Uninstall this from your computer Ive had a hard problem with that stuff. Go to start-control panel-add remove programs find the keyboard program that should fix your problem. I would not use the keyboard function Its hard to remember what keys are which.

I agree with the idea it could be a problem with the keyboard, and the only fix for a bad board IS replacing it howeverit could be a virrus issue too. Try going to this site and using their free online scan. www.kaspersky.com to scan your system. I use the full installed version all the time and I've been free any major issues for the time I've used it. I hope this helps! :)
