i dont hate martha stewart

Not everyone hates Martha Stewart. I admire her for being a savy business woman. I also admire her for stepping up the plate and taking her punishment when she got doing something illegal. She didn't side step justice like so many celebraties do. She could have stayed out of jail for a very long time. Instead she was responsible and got it over with and saved tax payers a lot of money.
Some people really like her show and the things she does on the show, they like her magazine - not everyone but obviously quite a few people watch it.
No one appeals to everyone.

SHE WENT TO JAIL. I think its because Martha is so popular and because of the money that she has and so they make a big deal out of it.And in other cases if this wasnt a celebrity usually people would just call them an asshole.

I never had a real problem with her until she started her daytime show. She obviously never researches her guest as they continually have to correct her, even about what show they are on. She cuts them off when they talk to throw in her amazing life stories, while forcing them to cook when they seem very uncomfortable and uninterested in the process. She seems very self centered on the show and uninterested in the guests. I also think she was guilty of the stock stuff since she had a background in stock brokerage.

Probably because she went to jail and got off pretty good, makes a lot of money, remained successful, and some people continued to like her. Does she still have her own tv show?

i don't hate martha stewart. i used to, but now that she's went to jail, she's more real-ish.

Would you like a list?
1) She has decultured the typical american woman.
2) She is a criminal (not that she's the only person who ever tried to run a stock scam)
3) She's ugly
4) She, like me, is from NEW JERSEY, yet, she tries to act like she's this 'socialite'
5) She's very conceited.
6) She has a "my way, or the highway" vibe.
I don't feel that she's "Strong willed" - I feel that she's a CONTROLLING *****.

Not everyone hates her, most are just jealous of her talent and riches she made. She seems very tough and focused. You must admit she has reinvented herself as of late. She made prison look good, if anyone ever could.

because she is a fake and a very mean person. The whole TV thing is an act.
