If it arrived messed up, yes. I have used them for a couple of years now, and the 2 times I had damaged dvds arrive, they sent new ones out right away and did not charge me for anything. Just report it damaged on your account page.

If it came to you damaged, yes they will replace it for free

Umm....why dont you email them and ask. Not trying to be a smartie here, just wondering why you'd lose 5 points on here instead of just emailing them.
