tons of things. you can go into any of the subfields (developmental, clinical, industrial/organizational, social, cognitive, etc.) or become a school psychologist and work with the kiddies. you could also go into other programs such as social work or legal areas. there are a gazillion things you can do with a psy degree. and please don't listen to all those people who only think that psychology degrees can equal analyzing people....that's just the clinical side that lots of people don't go into.
I currently work under one of the top developmental psychologist in the world.

how about something relating to obesity like helping children w/ issues relating to self esteem or people w/ eating disorders or people who have gastric bypass etc. A lot of clients, you'd have.

if you have a bachelor's, not much. case management and social work is about it. if you want to study psychology, go for your master's. even then, obtaining your LCSW is more lucrative.
