I just broke a glass in my cabinet and now there's tons of tiny pieces of glass. I don't have a brush to brush it up. What's the next best way to clean it up?

How To Clean Broken Glass

For the lager pieces carefully pick them up and throw them away. If the small pieces are visible then use duct tape to pick them up. When all else fails borrow a broom from a neighbor or use the hose attachment on your vacuum.

If you don't have a broom and dustpan that might work, you can use a wet towel, but VERY CAREFULLY (use garden gloves, if you have them). If the pieces are sharp, try cutting a raw potato and push it into the pieces (heard that works for broken bulbs still in the socket). Just use EXTREME CAUTION!

Try a vacumn. Or wet paper towels. A piece of contact paper. Masking tape. Scotch tape.

The people who say not to vacuum probably tried to use the bottom roller to suck up the glass which will make a huge mess. Use the suction hose from either your shop-vac or upright cleaner and all will be fine.

Peel a banana and roll it up through the glass pieces.

get a rag and rake it off with your hand, then for all the super tiny peices still left, wet a paper towel and wipe it over it and it will get it all up.

After you get the bigger pieces use a piece of white bread. It will stick right to it.
