I ain't Motorman, but I have to opine.

Most batteries are made by Johnson Controls

Autozone, Walmart, Motorcraft-- check out this site, and you will be amazed.... especially if you've been around cars all your life. Man, don't anybody make their own parts anymore?

well, as i said before be sure to check the ground cables and the large fuses under the hood.also you can remove the battery and alternator and take them to auto zone to have them tested, usually for free. if you have absolutly no power to the vehicle it is either a faulty battery or connection, faulty ground wire or connection, or a short in the electrical system wich will cause a blown fuse. a short can be very difficult to locate so i hope its simply a bad battery or connection.good luck.
