I'm 19 and have been having hot flashes for about two years. I don't know exactly what causes these because they happen out of no where. I get them about once a month. if any one else gets these or if u have an explanation for it please feel free to answer.

You should go to your Doctor for a physical. Your hormones may be out of balance. Like the first girl said, that could also be a cause. Also, it could be a problem with your thyroid. good luck.
