My guess is that he suffers from delusional disorder - erotomanic type with a touch of grandiosity and pedophilia. This disorder generally strikes middle-aged men. Sometimes they think the world is out to get them or that they have a love relationship with a famous woman. In this case, it is a girl because he is attracted to girls.

I say absolutely. They do have "indication" that he had a "relationship" with a 5 year old girl. I say kill the SOB.
