Hey guys, if you're not too busy, could you give me a cool equation that works out to 2? I just need one that is complicated, but works out ok - it's for a put down and I really need it to look good!

Thanks!!!

1 +1/2 +1/4 +1/8 +1/16 +1/32 + 1/64 +... =2

I don't know how an equation that equals 2 is part of a put down

But good luck

Ok, I don't have the time to do one right now, but try looking in the back of a math book for answers of 2. That might work if you have a book like that. But I really think you should tell the story now that you mentioned it:)

I have a very good one! (Tip: It will look good and complicated if you write it in paper, where ^ means exponentiation. Write the succeeding exponent smaller than the base.)
x = √x^[(2^(1/x))^[√x^[(2^(1/x))^[√x^[(2^(1/x))^[√x^[(2^(1/x))^[√x^[(2^(1/x))^[√x^[(2^(1/x))^[√x^[(2^(1/x))^[√x^[(2^(1/x))^[√x^[(2^(1/x))^[√x^[(2^(1/x))^[√x^[(2^(1/x))^[

Tip: Write 2^(1/x) as the xth root of 2.

ANOTHER ONE:
!x + x! + (x + 1)!! - ((x + 1)!)! = sgn(-x) (x -->3-->3) / 2^(4x + 1) + sf(x) · (x^3 - 1)

Explanation
n! = factorial
!n = subfactorial
n!! = 2nd HYPERfactorial
Write the --> as a headed arrow (it is the Conway notation for hypertetration!)
sgn n = signum function
sf (n) = 1st SUPERfactorial

3(2x+4) =16(x/4+1)
6x + 12 = 4x+16
6x - 4x = 16 - 12
2x = 4
x = 2

Oh Well! I tried!
