I always have loved horses and admired their beauty, and wished I could have owned one.

They are alot of work tho. I ride them some but I don't take care of them. I give them treats. They are so big....I want to hug them and they just look at me like I am off and walk away after a while The horses and the cows come to me like a dog would. ha!

Horses are amazing and, yes, I do like them very much.
I do not own a horse, but I do volunteer at a Therapeutic Riding Center that provides therapeutic horseback riding to children and adults with disabilities.
Riding a horse gives something very powerful to a person with disabilities. The feeling of achievement that comes from riding and maneuvering a 1,100 pound horse is strong medicine. It turns defeat into victory and self-doubt into self-confidence.
The horse's soothing rhythm, strength, warmth, and three-dimensional movement pattern provides healthy exercise while improving circulation and muscle tone. The discipline associated with working with horses and the social interactions between peers benefit the mind and spirit while raising self-esteem and increasing self-sufficiency through accomplishment. The unconditional love of the horses is proved to reduce anxiety, encourage interaction and offer a haven where riders can feel a sense of empowerment.
It's very fulfilling to help others and work with these special horses. It is the next best thing to owning a horse, in my opinion. We get to brush them, bathe them, clean their shoes and lots more. Maybe you should look into doing something like this in your area. ♥

I have always loved horses. My first was a red roan Arabian that was way to spirited for a 10 yr old inexperienced girl. Then i got a palomino mare when I was 12. She was my everything and I felt alive and free when i rode her. After she died when i was 17, I have not rode or got another one. But, I definitely want more in the future. I think I was a horse in a former life, I feel more connected to them then humans!...lol

Yes i love horses. I think they are beautiful animals and can make really good pets. They have their own personalities and nature sometimes depending on the breed and sex. Used to own 2, but my mom sold them out from underneath me when I was younger.I hope to own another one (or two...or three) someday. I used to show horses too, mine and a friends.

yes has 12 of the hay burners they are smart and loveable animals if trained right if they are handled cruelly they can become vile or timid my best friend is a horse i had since i was 10 hes know 16 im 24

we live next door to a horse farm. they have around 50 - 60 horses :)
they seem to be a lot of work
