hello, CASSAVA, is from central America, the African natives makes cassava out of a root called YA CA,,(YUCA) IS a root. and how is made, you squeeze the yaca, and the you put the yuca that has been shredded, in this round thing that you put in an open fire. for about 30 minutes, after is done is nice and CRISP, and you eat it,, has no flavor. the African natives, that live in the coast of central America, makes this, is like bread for them. they also speak, SWAHILI.. or CARAB..this stuff is good. if you want some i know where to get it.. in the town in central America.. we would make it.. how is done is totally incredible interesting.. they put it in a chute, they fill the chute, with yucca, and they sit, in the shaft, that is made of wood.

casava grows in africa . it has starch which can be turned into either sugar or fat giving us energy and cushening in our organs. too much cassava can affect ur vision.
