In this day and age, nothing is off-limits because a woman is menstruating.
Tampons make nearly all activities just as comfortable as they are when you are not on your period, and there are many medications to help control the other effects.
If you feel like enjoying a hot tub dip while you are on your period, just be sure to use a tampon. I would recomend inserting a new tampon while you are putting on your bathing suit so you know it has not already filled its absorbancy capicty. I would also recomend chaning it as soon as you are done in the hot tub. You don't want any chemicals or bacteria that may have been absorbed by the tampon to spend too much time inside you.
A hot tub would actually be a great idea for menstrating women since it massages you and heats you, which can help you relax and relieve cramps.

You can go in to the hot tub, but you are at higher risk for infection if you are wearing a tampon, and if you wear nothing, you are at risk for bleeding in to the tub.

NOOOOOOOOO you cant get in a hot tub while pregnant but your fine on ur period.... it will actually help ease cramps

I never heard that, but hot water does make you flow heavier, and I wouldn't want to take the chance of having an accident.
