x + 4b = 3a

x + 4b - 4b = 3a - 4b (subtract 4b on each side)

x = 3a - 4b

2x - a = b

2x - a + a = b + a (add a on both sides)

2x = b + a

2x    (b + a)
--- = --------
2 =      2         (divide by 2 on both sides)

x = b + a
      -------
         2

ax + 5 = c

ax + 5 - 5 = c - 5 (subtract 5 on both sides)

ax = c - 5

ax = c - 5
---     ------
a        a        (divide by a on both sides)

x = c - 5
      ------
        a

x=3a-4b , a=2x-b

x=3(2x-b)- 4b
= 6x-3b-4b
= 6x-7b

7b=6x-x 7b=5x

x= 5/7 b
