I need a good foundation for my skin. My skin type is: sort of dry and sensitive, and flaky at times. My skin easily gets overdried by foundation products, but yet i still break out easily. Also, i need a foundation that's not heavy and mask-looking and that doesn't make your skin look "dull".

Does anyone know of a foundation that fits my skin type?

I like Cover Girl Aqua Smoothers. It looks dry but goes on damp and hides minor imperfections. With an SPF of 15 it helps protect my fair and sensitive skin from the sun, too! Also good is CG Aqua Smoothers with Oil of Olay added. Both are a good medium to light coverage and come in a lot of shades. You can also try a light moisturizer under foundation (like Oil of Olay's Complete Beauty Lotion or Equate's similar lotion, both are good and non greasy) These should help you out (I hope!) and they are gentle on sensitive skin. Good Luck!

Why wear foundation if you don't have to? Have you tried a tinted moisturizer?

loreal true match is probaly one of the best, it covers up great and matches very well with your skin textures, undertone, and color. you find find your "truematch" at lorealparisusa.com and look up true match, or you can find a shade selector at stores.
