i have started in safe mode and cleaned with disk scan,and still cant do anything in normal startup,

Are you sure the driver of the touchpad is installed?
Check also that your USB driver is installed and well configured. I suppose you didn't mess up anything in the BIOS....and no mess with the power saving, you might have shut down the power of some devices...

Maybe a problem with the switch contacts on the built-in mouse button. Try hooking up a USB mouse to it and see if it works.
Does your mouse work in safe mode?
