i have this feeling inside of me at times when i see females, i don't if it means that i am les or not but i know that when i am by certain people i can't help but to feel a certain way about them not like i want to have sex with them or kiss them but just be with them. Does that make me bi or just a les?

You can be attracted to a person's personality, or just think that they are good people. It's how you pick your friends.
If you have sexual feelings about people, you need to evaluate if you want to act on those feelings and make your own judgement.
It's not wrong to be curious. You'll figure it out. :)

no it doesnt make you bi or a les..you said that its not like u wanna have sex or kiss them but you must be feeling something sexual..why?? its okay to have them as friends but nothing more... i think you could be having these feelings probably because your not shown any attention from guys (if your single) or it could be your not shown enough affection(if you already have a man)..my cousin once experienced going les because it seemed like guys werent into her so she started to have feelings for girls...but as i said "experienced" shes not any more...it was just out of curiosity..but if your case was what i said earlier...dont worry..for every girl there is a man and for every man ther is a girl..you will no doubt find the man of your dreams some day..keep those girls as friends and nothing more... and keep those thoughts out of your head for good...good luck, god bless u,
