See your doctor and have some blood tests done. Brittle hair can be a sign of under active thyroid. If this is the case, simple meds can replace what your body isn't making, and you will feel so much better.

i had a friend that was 33 and her hair was falling out so she went and got rogain and it worked for her.give it shot good luck.

when i wash my hair, i lose a lot of hair. i asked a question about this once and everyone told me SUNSiLK ....i've tried it and it works great
