Cute, very cute.
Don't fall for it though. It's just a facade, strategically placed to appear charming, and likable to the general public. It is only his idea, of what he thinks most of the citizens in the US can identify with. Dubya is just a little misled though, because he only got the profiles from Karl Rove, of the people that voted for him when he decided to project this image of himself.
