how do i get pogo fast load?

my pc is slow to load and it said to get pogo,com fastload. how do i get iy?

I believe what they are refering to is when you are going into a game you have not played before or in a while it takes longer to load while it is loading a box pops up asking you if you want to continue with the installation and whether or not you trust this website, if you click always trust content from this website it will shave off a little load time. (usually only a few seconds)
