A miscarriage doesn't happen b/c u didn't get "pregnant right". Ther r many reasons 4 miscarriages & many reasons 4 trouble getting pregnant. If u obsess/stress over concieving it will lessen ur chance of it happening. I suggest u & ur partner be as healthy as possible & u can try an ovulation kit 2 know when ur most fertile. Or u can use a calendar. Figure 7 days for menstruation then 7 days not fertile, then 7 days fertile, then 7 days not. This method isn't as precise as a kit. Also having sex too much can lessen ur chances. If the man is ejaculating too often u'll only get the "immature" sperm that can't make it to & inside the egg.

There is no right way to get pregnant. I had 2 miscarriages before i had my 2nd baby. It is hard to deal with, but nothing you did caused you to miscarry. The best thing you can do is take care of yourself. Take prenatal vitamins and relax. As soon as you find out you are pregnant go to the doc. They will do a blood test to monitor you hcg levels. That is the best way they can tell if it is a healthy pregnancy. You will go and have blood drawn and wait 2 days and have it done again. The level is suppose to double. I had to take progesterone with my last pregnancy to help my levels. I am sure you will be fine. Good luck!!!

Most important if it is meant to happen it will there is a higher power which will tell you when it is right to have a baby. You need to not stress though because that is a major cause of miscarriage, just go with the flow.. if you continue having probs talk to your doctor and they will advise you on what the next step should be.

I hope you don't mind my honesty but I read your other questions that you have, Are you just trying to get pregnant to keep your boyfriend? I hope not because it will now work. I understand your pain I went through something very similar. It is hard to loose a baby, I don't think there is anything harder except maybe loosing that child after you watch them grow. I would wait to get pregnant like the doctor told you, I have a friend who misscaried many babies until she waited like the doctor told her and now she has 2 beautiful children. Sometimes your body just needs to heal. I would also wait to get pregnant until you are married. It is very hard to raise children on your own especially if the man is a player like he sounds that he is. Children need a father in there life it is so much healthier for them emotionally. I grew up without a father and had very bad self-esteem issues. My husband and I have been together for 11 years and have 2 kids one is a girl who just turned 8, her father is her world and she wants to grow up to marry someone just like him! There is no right or wrong way. Sometimes it's just luck. Best advice I can give you is to relax. Stress won't make it easier to get pregnant. Just relax and let nature take its course.

go to the docs and ask. My friend went and they put her on birth control and took her off of it and she got pregnant the second month I don't know if this will work for you but you can always try.

ok how bout this.....quit stressing about getting pregnant again, sorry about the misscarrage, i know its devistating.... but you have to not stress.... and as soon as you kinda put it in your mind, that when it happens it happens, poof there you go youll be pregnant... GOD WILLING
