Letter to State Legislators

OK, I just had to do it.

I compiled the email addresses for almost all of the state legislators in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont!

Then, I wrote a letter.

Please cut and paste the following letter into an email and send it to each of the State Legislators' email addresses (see below).

Subject: Impeachment Of George W. Bush Can Begin In the State Legislatures

Dear State Legislator,

I am writing to you because you are this nations last line of defense. President George W. Bush has committed numerous impeachable offenses. Unfortunately, the Republican-dominated U.S. House of Representatives has repeatedly shown that it will not perform its r

To you morons saying he hasn't done anything impeachable, you're incredibly stupid, as well as uninformed.

-Invading another country on false pretenses is grounds for impeachment.

-The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution says that the people have the right to be secure against unreasonable government searches and seizures and that no search warrants shall be issued without probable cause that a crime has been committed.

-The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) requires that warrants for national security wiretaps be authorized by the secret FISA court.

-The law says that it is a crime for government officials to conduct electronic surveillance outside the exclusive purviews of that law or the criminal wiretap statute.

-Executive searches without judicial review violate the unique checks and balances that the nation’s founders created in the U.S. government and are a considerable threat to American liberty.

-Surveillance of Americans by the NSA, an intelligence service rather than a law enforcement agency, is a regression to the practices of the Vietnam-era, when intelligence agencies were misused to spy on anti-war protesters—another impeachable violation of peoples’ constitutional rights by LBJ and Nixon.

Make sure you don't go around spouting nonsense that you hear on Faux News, as it is entirely inaccurate and just because YOU believe it doesn't make it the truth.

My admired difficulty about human beings protesting is that when considered on television who's the only which seems worse, the president or you adult men. enable me inform you at first perhaps you've considered the president look undesirable, yet you listen something about the president each hour of the day so that you've actual drowned out your own voices by using complaining about him.. enable me to positioned my aspect into attitude, you're taking care of one hundred human beings and 5 adult men come as a lot as you and whinge about the way you're doing all of your pastime each hour for 8 hours an afternoon. so that you receive a finished of 40 courtroom situations an afternoon. Now if the following day you've 7 adult men come and inform you each and each hour for 8 hours they don't love the way you're doing you pastime, now you've fifty six courtroom situations for the day. My question is do you extremely word the more beneficial 16 courtroom situations an afternoon?? for sure not you're used to listening to a similar difficulty so frequently it would not be counted what percentage more beneficial situations you listen it. attempt protesting something new because new catches peoples interest, old in basic terms makes you sound repetitive.

You need to list those impeachable offenses because you know politicians unless you spell it out for them they don't get it. The Democrats should be leading the way on this but you know what? They don't have a decent candidate yet so they are biding for time and the impeachment would need a strong leader which they don't have.

Do you REALLY want to dignify the 2 terms of G.W.B.- by impeachment? I want the guy to GO AWAY- not be rememberd for his impeachment for the rest of my life!!! Yeah- he's a clown, but harmless enough if you ignore him. -And remember; half of the voters in the U.S went for him twice in a row. So if you really want to take up the issue of how to get rid of Bush- why don't you try to convince a few of the people who voted for him in the first place- to make a better choice NEXT time... I really don't want to have to go through another presidency like HIS again, -do you?

Yeah, it just blows me away how we can try to impeach Clinton for something that happened in his personal life, when Bush has f*ucked this whole damn country and is getting away with it! If Clinton can be empeached then Bush should have been a long time ago! That just goes to show you the true nature of America.

First you need to wait for him to do something to be impeached for. If Clinton, can lie under oath to the whole US and get out of being impeached for his sex scandal which is impeachable by law then why should Bush be impeached for no breach of what is impeachable.

You should put all the energy, all the hate, all the intolerance you are consumed in and do something positive. Like sending a letter to all your democrat congressmen and ask the to please come up with a substantive platform, with realistic goals and policy's. Unfortunately you wont do that because it takes work. Its easy to whine and cry, its hard to come up with something positive.

What an amazing American you are. I just love people who want to point fingers instead of actually help fix problems. Way to go. Why not invest your energy in making America a better place to live?

Good for you.

Unfortunately, republicans don't impeach republicans. You will need to wait until after November, see if the dems regain the house and senate.
