Well, since the states have to ask for Federal relief in America, maybe the state of Florida won't have the morons in office that are in New Orleans. They are the one's who waited three and a half freaking days before asking for help! Then, the relief was there in a day and a half.

If you knew anything about government...well you simply wouldn't be so stupid.

First off, hurricane relief is largely the responsibility of state and local government. Sure, the feds have agencies and help out quite often, but its not like FEMA is the president's largest responsibility.

Secondly, ol' Jeb is a lam duck right now...if this hurricane did do some catastrophic damage ,yeah, Jeb would pull us through, but there is no upside for him for a soothe relief effort.

Third, if you really want to just point fingers at people then point them at LA's govenor who was told that Kat. was coming and something needed to be done...and she did nothing.

How much do you want to bet that Governor Jeb Bush (I assume that's who you mean) has a disaster plan for his state. This is something that LA didn't have or didn't use.

He had a talk with God after Katrina and told him that if he sent another hurricane his way, he would consider it an agressive action and invade heaven.
