Welcome it, of course. I didn't expect to make it to age 30, let alone 51!! I just had a mild heart attack and they found two blockages. So I have good reason to welcome the morning!!

I hop up from bed and drop to my knees to thank God for blessing me with another day - whether it be one I will dread or welcome... At least I have another to be thankful for.

i welcome the small things: my cat touching my face to see if i'm awake, the sun, smell of coffee, birds in the sky...i dread the rest. hard to admit.
