Lot's of theorys but the one I buy is weather control, to provide cloud cover, in an attempt to thwart global warming... you know that thing the republicans claim isn't happening. I have heard some wild ones, best one is so they can spray prozac to control those unable to control them selves. I have also heard they use this (chem trails) as part of the HAARP weapon. I dunno global warming theory makes the most sense to me. What I wish I knew is why do they try and keep it a secret? Do THEY really think we are that dumb, to not notice plaid clouds in the sky ?
