any drug store, even grocery store!

Our grocery store even sells the long leaves off the plant in the produce aisle so you can cut it open and get pure aloe vera.

If you're looking for a really good one, The Body Shop has a brand new Aloe Vera body butter or cream or lotion, depending on what you want and what kind of skin type you have. If by cream you mean gel, then those are found virtually anywhere. I use Banana Boat (cheap drugstore stuff) on my face everyday, and it does wonders. Coppertone and other sunscreen makers all make a version. But if you for sure want a cream, these are also available. I prefer the gel myself, but the cream is just as good.

I like Suave's Aloe Vera lotion. It's cheap, it works well, and it is available at most grocery and drug stores.
