no it doesn't. wearing heals you don't have to keep your calve muscles stretched like you would while you're on your tip toes. eventually your leg muscles will ache and burn from walking on tip toes as to where heels they won't, only your feet will ache from the shoes.

nope totally different when ur up on ur tip toes u don't' have support on the back side but when u wear heels u can put ur feet down even though it is inclined

uh, no, and you would look like an idiot if you walked around on tip toes. high heels hold your foot up, and frequently hurt or blister your feet.

no... with highheels you can lean back, and on tip does, you got to keep your weight on your toes...
