You can adopt a baby toddler ot kis my clicking on the phon then clicking adoption service but you have to have 3000 dallors or more to do that. O rget to sims who are close make one rekaxe then click on the other person and click join. Then they will both be in bed then click on one of them and click try for baby somtimes they are not in the mood or you will have to try again

get a guy and a girl sim to really like each other then make them love each other i.e. kissing etc then buy a two person bed...tell them both to cuddle next to each other then click on the beed the option of try for baby should now appear...

Well, when you have a couple you can make them get into bed together and "woo hoo" for a child. I haven't played in awhile so I don't know what it's really called but you can do that, you just have to specifically pick the option that's for a child.

Or, you can call the adoption agency by phone and adopt a kid.

be really close to the other sim that you like you must have a good relationship he must first fall in love with you try hanging out with him, go out on a date, if you want to get pregnant in sims while at home ask the other sim if he wants to have wohoo with you in bed, it must be in bed, you must try several times just like humans do, and before you do wohoo you must have eaten first
