Spasm under the left breast.?

It's a month I get spasm under my left breast while I am sleeping especially if I take a daytime nap. It wakes me up and I feel exhausted afterwards. I would appreciate if somebody could tell me the reason and possibly a treatment.

i get those too, they are muscle spasms. My doctor told me not to worry, so i don't.
