The qualities of a girl are not determined by hair color. Every man has different criteria, as women do, for them to be attracted to someone.
I personally am attracted to blond women but am currently married to a brunette. So it's not the hair.

A smart blonde girl would be nice. At least one can have a decent conversation on various topics without her giving u some silly answers and trying to attract all the attention to herself.

LOL. I don't think haircolor changes the qualities a guy looks for.
The only blonde I know is my best friend - I have dark red hair, and guys treat us the same.

So am i they don't pay much attention to the hair color, they stare at the other parts of the body the most.
