push ups. They are so underrated and work out several muscles at once. Do different forms like diamond and close grip. If your looking to lift weights, then check out bodybuilding.com it has pretty much every work out that you can think of.

Rowing machine ir you are looking for strength, flexibility and endurance.
Sets of weights i.e. bench press, etc if you are looking for increased size.
