Why did is own hometown booed him???? I hate Cena, but I've been a wrestling fan for 20 years and I don't remember seeing a wrestler being booed by his own crowd! What's up with that guy!?

because the people are tired of him, he's not that great a wrestler (meaning he's not a technical wrestler), and besides, other superstars have gotten booed in their hometowns too.

Kurt Angle was booed once in his hometown, but he was a heel at the time, I think people hate John Cena because they grow tried of him, he does the same thing every week, same move set, always winning against odds, things like that

It happens.Even Kenzo Suzuki get booed in his hometown in Japan.I guess New Jersey just don't like him eventhough he is their hometown hero.

He is hated because he hasn't evolved as a wrestler and can't get his gimmick over. He is cheered because the girls find him hot and the fans really hate Edge
