Okay, I'm a butt man...I like nicely shaped butts. This woman that I work with has the absolute nicest, prettiest bumm I've ever seen. It's all I can do not to sneak a look at it each time she passes by. Would it be rude or inappropriate for me to tell her how much I admire it...even if I do it very politely? We engage in small talk with each other and she has a great sense of humor.

It is NEVER okay to compliment a woman on her butt in a work environment. It is called sexual harassment and be careful of the repercussions if you can't control your butt fetish. I would encourage you to refrain even if this was not in a work environment. There are very few venues you can express this type of appreciation. I would keep this type of opinion to yourself until you knew the person for a while at least a year or if you were dating.

i am going to't imagine every person affirming that to me :-) i'd probably take it as an insult, even even with the undeniable fact that it can not be meant as such. good wifely characteristics i assume will be the skill/favor to face through your better half through thick and skinny, develop good good toddlers, and preserve a incredible welcoming living house. that would not sound that undesirable. yet with the exception of the helping your better half bit it genuinely would not sound like me. i love my boyfriend yet I also love my independence, vacationing, artwork etc. and that i do not favor to be 'tied down' to a private loan, living house existence, childrens etc. this is fantastic for some human beings, even with the undeniable fact that this is not my cup of tea. this is not how I view myself, and this is continuously slightly uncomplicated even as human beings view you in a distinct thanks to the way you do your self.

Depends on why type of work environment you work in and whether she is like "one of the guys" or is a classy gal... are you trying to hook up wtih her or just want her to know what a lovely bumm she has?

i think its great, but don't just say, oh you have the best *** ever, compliment her pants. compliment her as a person. when you get to know her better, then very politely tell her that she has been working out alot, cause she is very toned and her butt looks very good. also compliment her abs too.

Depending on the situation it could be. But in this case I'd advise against it. Last thing you want is to get fired for sexual harrasment.

I dont think it'll be "okay" to compliment a woman's rear. It's inappropiate and she'll probably think you're some perverted jerk who only likes her for her rear.

No, it is an impropriety to comment on someone's behind unless she is a very close friend. It can otherwise be interpreted as sexual harassment.
