Initailly I'd say MC Lyte. She was raw and a woman in the times were the two didn't go together. But I think I'd have to give it to Lil' Kim. Here me out. If you can get past all of her nastiness, and actually listen to her rhymes (which she rights unlike most), and more importantly listen to how sh attacks beats, I think she can flow better than most dudes. She's got Biggie's flavor. I'd also give honorable mention to Rah Digga, from Busta's group Flip Mode Squad. She for real too.

I am always going to be a Lil' Kim fan- but I also love Queen Latifah and Eve... those are the greatest female rappers!
