I have both of mine done well... Actually I have the cartlide in both ears pierced twice. It was definatly less painful to get them done one at a time. The first two were done that way. When I got the 2nd ones done I had them done at the same time and for like 2 weeks I could sleep well because I sleep laying on my side. But if you sleep on your back then you shouldnt have a problem. Since that was the only problem I had

I have my ear pierced up there on the left side. It just basically feels like a regular piercing in the earlobe. The only difference really is when the stud breaks the cartiliage, there's a pop that sounds kinda gross. I don't know really if it's ok to get both done at the same time..I might recommend one at a time because you will want to adjust, like when you are sleeping you don't wanna lay on the side that's pierced too much in the beginning cause it can get sore. As far as I know, it's ok to have it done with a piercing gun..that would be my recommendation anyway. Just make sure you take care of the piercing as recommended by whoever does it and you should be fine...hope my advice helps!

First, it's fine to do both of your ears at the same time. It can look pretty cool, too!

It does hurt a little bit, but if you inhale as they're about to do it and exhale as they put the needle though, it makes it much easier to deal with and lessens the pain a good deal. And it doesn't hurt much more than getting your ear lobes peirced. If you don't have your ears done yet, I'd say that it doesn't hurt much more than biting your tongue.. it stings, but goes away soon.

I would recommend getting them done with a needle rather than a gun, actually. The needle is more precise and honestly won't hurt as much. If it's your first time getting anything pierced, the gun is a bit shocking and it seems to hurt more after. I had my ear lobes done with a gun and I can tell you that it was worse than when I had any of my other peircings done with needles.

Good luck and enjoy!

It is okay to pierce both of the Cartilages. Getting them pierced hurts worse than slamming your whole hand in the car door, But that also depends on how well your Pain tolerance is. it hurts to sleep in them and your ears will be sore every morning. You can't take the earring for at least 6 months to a year maybe longer. And Watch out for infections. I would not know about doing it with a piercing gun I did mine myself about 2 to 3 years ago.

I have one ear pierced at the top. It didn't hurt as bad as a traditional ear-piercing when I got it done, but it hurt more later that day. I also have trouble with different types of metal, being allergic. Don't have that problem with my other piercings. I eventually had to get surgical steel and work that in. That hurt, too.
I'm thinking about getting another one on the same side. I saw that the other day and it looks pretty good.

I surely have 3 ear piercings in each and each ear, a cartilage and bellybutton. i'm a helpful person and had all of them finished by utilising the time i grow to be 15. As for a 2d piercing I enable my step daughter get hers while she grow to be 12, yet that grow to be the 1st time she asked for it. i might say as long as they are 10+ who cares. Ear piercings do no longer save you from getting a job! perhaps a cheek or bridge of nostril piercing might supply the capacity corporation pause, yet never an earlobe piercing.

Pierce whatever you wanna pierce. Both is OK.
It doesn't hurt much, but they will be sore more and for quite a bit longer than your earlobes.

MOST IMPORTANT:
As mentioned before Big Fat Hairy NO to using a gun. They're unhygenic (no matter what the salesperson tells you) and they basically ram a nail through your cartilege...a needle makes a big enough hole for the jewelry *and* for the skin to heal.

It's no big deal. Just go to a place that's clean and safe(like the mall) it hurts less than getting your ears pierced normally.
I have on one in my left ear, but, you can do both, if it's ok with your parents. Good luck.

Do NOT...and I repeat, do NOT get any part of your body pierced with a gun. You canNOT sterilize a gun properly- that is how hepatitis and hiv can be spread.
A professional pierces with a needle, wearing gloves.
Getting your cartilidge pierced isn't bad at all, it's a quick pinch, and it's done.
And you can pierce whatever you want- good luck
