No. Rayon is a natural fiber, like cotton. If your cotton skirt shrinks, can you make it grow?

You'll either need to resign yourself to the new length, cut more off and make it shorter (and a more flattering length) or send it to the thrift store.

Some rayons *keep shrinking* over time. They shrink a lot initially, but then shrink a tiny bit every was and end up a lot smaller. Now, that really sucks...

try washing it and put it on wet, gentley tugging at the tight places until it dries. It might work. At least it's worth a try if it's worth saving
