This is my first mid range gaming build, what do you think?

Not bad... I would suggest a Gigabyte or ABIT motherboard though. ECS isn't the best brand. Your video card is also outdated. If you want this to be a gaming rig you really shouldn't cheap out on the video card. You'd be better off with a GeForce 7600GS, or if you don't mind spending a bit more a 7900 would be nice.

Its not bad, but I would also recommend more RAM, possibly a sound card.
