You can't help who you become interested in, I think we click but at the same time I am so scared to make a move. (By making a move, I mean giving obvious hints)

I don't think it is a wise move to make a move on a person in the workplace.

There are several reasons why this can be a bad move:

1) they could feel that your moves are sexual harassment which could end up with you losing your job

2) if they are interested and things do happen there is the possibility of jealousy by coworkers who will accuse you of "sleeping your way to the top". You do not want that reputation

3) If something happens and then the relationship goes bad - how will you be treated? Will you be passed over for promotion, ridiculed etc.

If you are talking about a work situation and the person who interests you is a supervisor, this is not a good idea. There may also be rules against this kind of relationship. If this is a powerful person who does not have any power over you, it may be okay to pursue a relationship. However, if they are married, back off.

Just don't try making the move in the first place. In all likelihood this individual you "click" with already leads a disorderly life outside his office, because when a man is in power he won't just go for one mate but for several one's (it is a universal experience among men) unless of course you want to have him around for casual sex and coffee, which would be out of the question.

The answer is simple, if you think that the person is taking equal
amount of interest in you, then you can definately make a decent move,in real love position and money doesnt matter.

it's a really bad idea. even if you do feel some chemistry, he/she may feel that you are trying to bribe. if that's not the case, then others in your workplace may feel that the boss may be giving you preferential treatment. either way, it's a no-win situation. plus you have to think about what would happen if the relationship ended. would you really want to face a person in a position of power that you have been intimate with? awkward city, sweetie. better to find someone outside of work.

you have to be very very clear about what you want when talking with such people . That means you are so clear about what you want that you never waver from your true gut feelings. Be careful of being manipulated , just be very clear before you sign anything.

try to avoid dating someone in the office! but if you're really interested, try talking to him more and see if he's interested. get a cup of coffee, keep it innocent and work-related for awhile and see where it goes. don't get yourself (or him) fired!

"Power"? You must really like this guy!

If he is your supervisor, I would shy away from the thought...

There are over 3 billion other men out there

I wouldn't do it if he is in a position of authority over you at work...but if not your boss...and not somebody that works with you...then okay - dating someone you work with normally ends in catastrophe.
