As far as I know that cellulite is nothing more than cells that are so inflamed with toxins and fat deposits (hence cell-ullite which means "cell" - "inflammation") that they push up against the skin and create a lumpy appearance (like cottage cheese). Any physical activity that gets your blood and lymphatic system flowing should flush the fat and toxins out of the cells and stop the inflammation (which reduces/gets rid of the cellulite). In my opinion you cannot solve your problems with creams, lotions, wrap treatments, diet/fat burning pills. It's just a waste of money.
A good program I found online on how to get rid of cellulite is here http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=539
Good luck!

for cellulite: Improve these factors (stress managerment, change your diet, cut down on the toxins and start exercising) in your lifestyle. Cut down on the toxins. These nutrients (vitamins C, A, E and Selenium, have been shown to help Cellulite. The most commonly used Complementary Approaches to Cellulite are acupuncture, aromatherapy, massage, alexander technique, reflexology, meditate, herbal medicine.
for stretchmarks:Depending on the severity and location of the scar tissue, exfoliation may be helpful. Removing layers of dead skin and unveiling soft, fresh skin can help minimize the appearance of stretch marks. You can use oatmeal or baking soda to make your own preparations, or choose from the many scented, specially prepared formulas available. Be sure to apply plenty of moisturizer to keep the skin soft and hydrated after exfoliation.
Different types of creams and lotions promise to improve the texture of the skin and make stretch marks less noticeable. Many will provide some relief, but certain preparations are meant for use only on newer scars. Using these preparations on severe stretch marks, or those more than a year old, may not show marked improvement. Read the labels carefully to determine which products are best for you.
For severe stretch marks, skin peels or laser treatments may be necessary. They can be somewhat expensive, and they can cause minor to moderate pain. These methods cannot actually repair torn fibers in the skin, but they are reported to dramatically improve the appearance of stretch marks for many people.

cellulite: hit the gym or walk up a lot of flights of stairs.
stretch marks: no cure. laser treatments and cocoa butter- don't even waste your money. just deal with them. most people, even celebrities, have them. just avoid tanning- it makes them more noticable. and you don't need skin cancer and wrinkles either.
