That's probably how much the bill is worth. Wow! You've got 42,147,341 USD. What a lucky fellow! Do you realize how many meals you could get at McDonald's with that? Do you realize how many meals you could get at McDonald's to share with me?!

Er, I suppose that the lady who answered before me is correct...it's probably just the serial number, but you could share McDonald's meals with me anytime you would like nonetheless!
