WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! You might possibly be dealing with an abusive personality here. This is usually the first step an abuser takes to controlling a partner. Educate yourself!
If you are an adult and this is your husband and not your father, NOTHING you do, say, wear, look at or think about should provoke him into fits of jealous, insecure or possessive rage. You may feel a bit flattered by this, but believe me it is NOT a good thing or an expression of love.
Visit a women's shelter or salvation army and take a class on this. It is free and you just might see things about him, AND YOURSELF that may help you avoid a situation that you may not live to talk about in the future.

My husband was once very jealous and possessive. But changed after we had a good talk. He said is the way I behave make him jealous, feel insecure and become possessive.
I am 8 years younger than him and look younger than my actual age. I told him since I have choose to married him, I will always be with him. Be a couple, We MUST TRUST each other.
If not the marriage will not be long. We have married for 15years.
Now he is ok. May be you should have a good talk with your husband. It really help.

he loves you so much that he doesn't want to loose you because he knows that without you by his side his life wouldn't be the same again. talk to him let him know that this should stop. this isn't healthy anymore. assure him that you love him too. there's no reason for him to get jealous or insecure or be possessive because in the 1st place you already gave ur heart, body and soul to him that's basically the reason why you married him. there should be trust, respect, understanding aside from love in a relationship for this to last.

I have a daughter in law that is exactly the same way and it drives me crazy. I don't think she will ever change because she is very insecure that someone else will talk to my son, or even flirt with him. I don't know what sign he is, but I know some Scorpios, that are that way with their spouse big time! I know in a marriage, its not good to be jealous or insecure with your spouse, or it just might push them into doing exactly what your so scare they might do!

Maybe it's because you are the hottest female he knows and has ever been with and he sees that other men desire you and he is afraid of losing you, or, he just loves you so much he is afraid of anything happening to the relationship.
