It seems to me that you are feeling pretty down and out with life and with your self and could stand for a bit of hope instilled.
It's not what happens to you in life that makes the difference. It is how you react to each circumstance you encounter that determines the results. Each of us have the possibilities of choosing how we will react, either positively or negatively to any situation that we go through in life.
I too am a diabetic, yet I love " coke " big time, and yes the chocolate also. I also have a thyroid problem and C.O.P.D., my doctor said I have about 4-5 years left to me on this plane.
I happen to believe in miracles; my definition of a miracle is a beautiful act of God that intervenes in a human life to do a wonderful thing. I suggest that you start looking for a problem, because that is the place that God wants to work in your life.
" In my distress thou hast enlarged me " ( Psalm 4:1) Beautiful isn't it?
It takes two to make a miracle, God cannot work where he is not wanted or for someone without faith in His abilities.
" A hundred million miracles are happening every day, But only he who has the faith will see them on life's way. "
Often the the way God seeks to reach us is in a moment of pain. For there is no gain without pain. Every stress-filled situation is loaded with opportunities. I have often discovered that trouble never leaves you where it found you. It always changes you permanently. It will either make you bitter, tough, hard, cold, and angry, or it will turn you into a soft, gentle, compassionate, understanding, generous human being. The choice is entirely up to us.
God allows us from time to time to experience stressfull situations in order to slow us down or to change our direction. In every situation He wants to help us become strong. For,( reality check ), it's not the mountain of stress that counts, it's what we do with it that matters. I sincerly believe that Jesus allows everything to happen to us in our lifetime for a purpose. And He can turn a mountain into a mole-hill. He can move the mountain if we believe Him and trust Him.
With myself. at one time I too was bitter and I guess you could say unconcious of my plight, my family suffered through me, but through it all I realized that their was hope and He was standing beside me all along. I had only to open my heart and accept Him in to give me the courage and strength to go on knowing what time I have. ( Romans 8:28-29), ' We all know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose." I began to see that God could develop within me the image of His Son, Jesus Christ. Just because my emotions say that I don't feel like God knows what He's doing in my life does not alter the fact that God does know what He;s doing. And that's just what I have to remind myself that without Christ I am powerless to do anything.
It sounds as if you are discouraged with living, you've convinced that life has been cruel to you. Maybe you don't know how to laugh anymore, you've lost your joy. Remember, it's how you react to your situation that determines the outcome. With God's help, you can turn your whole life into triumph and strength. Look to what you have left, not at what you have lost. You will discover that God is the source of your strength and He will give you new joy. " For the joy of the Lord is your strength " ( Nehemiah 8:10)
I sincerely believe knowing Jesus and believing all those truths that are in the Bible is really what makes my life click together for the time that I have left in it. If you want the energy of God in your life, invite Jesus Christ into the center of your being. You'll find that you'll be in tune with an infinite source of unending unlimited energy that will recycle itself as you do His work. " God gives power to the tired and worn out, and strength to the weak "
( Isaiah 40:29).
I can understand how we become bitter and cynical in difficult stressful problems such as sickness. But guess what, even the stress of an illness can be conquered. My disease is deteriorating my body as I type this, and the prognosis is none too good either as it progresses. But I truly believe in the spiritual power and hope of miracles. And besides I know who's taking care of me! Often times its so easy to feel as if God has turned His back on us when we become sick. But the truth is the Lord loves us and He will never fail us. If we would only hand over to Him all sickness, stress, worry, everything that troubles us into His masterful hands, the Lord has a way to lift you up by the power of His Spirit. Like a good shephard that walks with his sheep, the Lord will walk with you one step at a time, regardless of how things appear. That is hope at it's highest. All of your health problems you are suffering with, God can do something for you if you only let Him. If you've become bitter and resentful with them, the place to leave them is with God. " Jesus is the bridge over troubled waters." He truly is. " But God said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is perfected in weakness " ( 2 Corinthians 12:9)
In life we sometimes meet a crossroad, and there is no positive direction to go as we've lost the desire to go on anyway. There is no hope, and it hurts like everything. I want you to know that when you enter a dark valley of trouble, God can turn it into a spring of new life. When you know Jesus Christ as your Savior, you can conquer anything. God never lets anything happen to you unless it's loaded with opportunities. " you will be filled with his mighty glorious strength so that you can keep going no matter what happens..." ( Colossians 1:11).
You can find hope and joy again, here is a key: Discover the consciousness that God is in ultimate control of your life and that His will is unfolding as it should! When you really become aware that God is in control of your life, that He has a dream for you, that His plan for you is positive, if you walk close to God, you will experience strength and happiness.
What can you do if that dirty stress enters your space: Four simple points: Pray ; Obey ; Pay ; Stay. I will pray for you, and I hope this message brings some inspiration into your heart. God loves you and He doesn't want anything bad to happen to you. The most powerful force in the world is a positive attitude in the mind of a believer who is walking close to God. God Bless!

I recommend you see a counselor. If you do not have insurance, call a local hospital or church and ask about a referral to a mental health counselor that will either see you for free or adjust their rates to your income level. You sound a little depressed, which could be a result of overmedication or just wrong medications. My heart goes out to you. Good luck, and God Bless You.

I think that you have all the reason to live I don't know your faith but i am a true believer in God and I think that if you pray to him and ask for help with your weight and how to manage it and you leave it in his hands and don't worry about it anymore than that. Just pray and leave it in gods, hands. Don't worry don't do anything to take your life just wait and I can guarantee that God will come through for you because he's been doing it 4 me all my life and I have had a near death experience. And I will pray 4 u also. Keep hope alive and have faith. You can do it I believe in u. God bless. And remember he may not come when u want him but he'll be here just on time.

Get away from the sugar, use diet pop, and use stevia as a sweetner. I don't buy sugar at all, but my husband does for his coffee. I quit using it because sugar made me want to crash out everytime I used it.
Keep up with the meds & you'll feel better.
