Nope...it's not out yet. There are one or two cheap DVDs with like a few episodes (like a Christmas one I think) but the actual seasons are not out yet.
You CAN get illegal versions of just about any show on Ebay or by searching Google but they are not likely to be of great quality and you are taking a risk with your money dealing with that type of seller.
I think one of the reasons this show has not made it to DVD yet has to do with it's use of so much great old music....the licensing costs for that are HUGE....many shows like Quantum Leap just edit out the music that was used on the original shows and replace it with cheap filler music..which many fans hate.

Try typing it in to Google. THere probably is. They have just about everything on DVD nowadays.
