You should have an anti-spyware solution on your computer. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.
This double whammy will help keep you safe and running faster

SPYBOT-Search And Destroy is the best free anti-spyware program. It has real-time protection for Internet explorer and FireFox included
Lavasoft's Ad-Aware SE is also free(without realtime protection) Ad Aware with realtime protection is paid one
U'll get both in http://www.download.com
Dont forget 2 Update regularly(especially b4 the first run)
(Most antivirus programs or anit-spyware programs run best in Windows Safe mode, though u can detect spywares in normal mode too. To run windows in Safe mode, press F8 during start-up)
( I also heard that super antispyware is NOT gud, and actually is a spyware, so plz donot download it)

Spy-ware, etc: Ewido.com, ad-aware (www.lavasoft.com), spybot search and destroy (www.security.kolla.de)
Depending on your anti-virus, there ae two free ones that are superior: www.grisoft.com has AVG, and www.free-av.com has avira anti-vir. You can only run ONE anti virus at a time, but can run multiple spywares. Download and install these programs, and boot your computer to safe mode (hit f8 on a re-start BEFORE windows comes up). Run them from safe mode. Good luck.

hi, spyware is a disgusting and infamous virus. perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.
i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

Adaware and spybot will tell you if you are infected and clean you up. Try zone labs -zone alarm- for protection even if only temporarily

Whatever you do, don't download Superantispyware!!!! It was on the news the other night about actually being spyware.
I'm totally serious about that one!!!

I recommend you download SUPERantispyware. It is VERY VERY effective and it is free.
