Type Shoes and then Alt and Enter (at the same time) and then type at Nanuet. This should work.

Not sure if I know exactly what you are asking, but if you would like for ONE cell in a column to have multiple lines, press Alt-enter to start a new line.

If you would like more than one column to fall under the same header, then hilight the cells and do a cell "merge". There is an icon on the toolbar with a small "a" in it with left and right arrows.

Not sure what you are trying to achieve but there are good answers before this. Assuming you do not want a wide column but want a long heading --go to format cells alignment. You can grab the arrow and put your heading at an angle or click the vertical text then you can squeeze a long heading in a small column. However, you have to accept a tall row.

If you type it all in the same cell, it will all be in the same cell, it will just appear to overlap. To fix this, go to the top of the column, and on the right side of the column, where it meets the next column, the cursor will change to a double ended arrow. Click and drag the arrow to make the column wider. Or double click and it will automatically adjust the size of the column.

Just select the first three cells across the top and then click on the "Merge" icon. This will merge those three cells into one without effecting the other cells.
