Of course I feel bias for women. I know that I play the male and female role in my relationship, paying for everything and being there emotionally for my bofriend. Also, most women nowadays have to take care of children, clean the house, and be beautiful. If we sleep around we are sluts but guys are studs. We get suck with the pregnacy if we get preganant and most men don't even stay around either to take care of their kids! Being a mom is hard enough, but having a career too! But we have less power in the world and are considered lesser than a man.
Men have to be on top and have to bring in the bucks if you want a beautiful women on your arm. You get called a loser if you don't have money where as it is okay for us to be poor. If you have sex with a girl and get her preganant you have no say whether she keeps it, aborts it, or gives it up for adoption. Most guys would probably prefer her to get an abortion but many too might be upset about not being able to be a father.

I am reading George Carlin's "When will Jesus bring the pork chops?".
He seems to think women have it rough, what with having to put up with men in addition to such joys as childbirth, menopause. lower pay for the same work, sexual harrassment and so on (it's a long list).
My mate agrees, and as long as she NEVER reads this, I have to admit I also agree.

You ask: "Who has it harder in life and more responsibility men or women?" Then prove that men and women are EQUAL in sexual responsibility.
Outside of sex, hmm...
Care of the babies = equal.
Following laws of where they live = equal.
Care of personal health = equal.
Care of elderly family members = equal.
Care of home, (roof, pipes, electrical, etc.) = equal.
I could go on, and may be wrong but I'll die thinking in 2006 that women and men are equal in life, and responsibility of their life. Why there is a bias? must be when treatment of the sexes is in issue.
The treatment of one human by another is still far behind what humans think our advancement is. Our group mentality toward each other. We still care about color (eyes,skin, hair) and clothes/products we own - like this means something about peoples mental abilities.
(P.S.
Men can enjoy the woman on top any day, anytime! LOL!
We equally worry if were getting enough sex in our lives. We equally wish to be noticed by that special person.)

I totally agree with your thoughts! Couldn't have said it any better! Being a girl sucks... Who cares what the male wears? Its all about the women's beauty. Sure the man has to earn money, but the woman has to raise and noture the children and look after the cleanliness of the house...

It is a man's world. Life is harder for women. Women have more responsibility, especially if they are married and/or have children.
Women place themselves in certain situations expecting men to change or act responsible, when he have never displayed any long-term interest.
Men are men and they will take as much as you give, as long as it does not cost them anything.
Women need to be selective and set boundaries so men will not be able to take advantage of them. Relationships are a compromise, do not give away all of your power women.
In general, men have two responsibilities (work, sex) and women have four (wife, mother, work, sex).

I dunno...I think as a woman that we have it harder...but that depends on our surroundings, the people that we hang with, the circumstances we have been through etc. However, I suppose to be *fair*, we DO take a lot of responsibilty on our own shoulders because we are loving beings & we want to be there for the people we love!
