Careful about catering only to younger people. Generally they tend to spend less money. Also, depending on your state, giving away money for any kind of tournament may be illegal. Not to be discouraging, but most new restaurants fail within the first six months. Take some accounting courses or hire a professional to do your books. Think about how to make money before you start worrying about giving it away.

try getting some restuarant experiance first by going to work at one. learn from the the inside. it is a tough business and most newbies fail.
